"I loved the area and the very cool view from my room! Friendly and helpful staff! Things to know - bring your own shampoo, conditioner, body wash, mouthwash, etc. The only provided toiletries are shampoo and conditioner but they are in a small plastic container that doesn’t allow the liquid to come out. Also, they do not give you new towels, so plan accordingly. Also, the room is tiny, barely enough room for a small carry -on and I can’t imagine a full size suitcase fitting anywhere in the room other than on top of the bed. The decor is super cool and the location and value is great! I enjoyed my stay here! Thank you!"

"I stay in the Loop about 3-4 times per year, usually as part of a family trip. This was our first time at Hyatt Place. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Late dinner burgers at the bar were unexpectedly great, and the parmesan fries are craveable. The staff we encountered throughout our stay was exceptional. We were so impressed. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. We were still talking about how much we enjoyed our stay days later. Hyatt Place will definitely be our first pick for future visits to Chicago."
