We had a fantastic stay at Iris Inn. Its location is super convenient right off the highway and close to so many hiking trails and wineries. The view from the Inn is enough to not even leave it is so beautiful. We loved the breakfast and ability to have dinner and drinks later in the day.

Rooms were clean, spacious, and included all of the amenities needed when traveling with a toddler.

It was our second time staying at Grey Pine Lodge. We had a king room on the second floor. Everything was perfect - clean room, comfortable bed, no issues with the door lock like we had on the previous stay.

The old guy makes me feel weird great staff and service besides him.

There simply aren’t enough nice things to say about the fabulous staff here. We had stayed a couple of days before Christmas and they had had a little Santa in the room stating that my children had found Santa so they could come pick wrapped gifts from the lobby. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was lovely and again the staff just makes the place.

I strongly recommend this hotel for you. The reasons are as follows: It is a customer-friendly hotel, especially when you talk to the manager. It is very clean, with no unpleasant smells in the rooms. It seems like a safe place to stay, located in the middle of the Appalachian Mountains.

The property was amazing, beyond wonderful. Gracious host. High end furniture and bedding. The backyard and pool area were just beautiful !!! I wish I stayed earlier in the year so i could enjoy the pool. The property is surrounded by wide open farm lands, Starry skies, birds and crickets. It was a very relaxing stay. I wish I could stay longer !!!

We were very pleasantly surprised and impressed. They have done a spectacular job of restoring and decorating. All appointments and furnishings are upscale and first class. Everything is very modern and new. The location is in the middle of downtown and sits atop a very popular Bistro. The parking lot behind them hosts a farmers market every Saturday. A very nice B&B to stay at. Great property and staff. Only gripe would be non-functional internet (very poor WiFi signal in the room we were in) - which needs to be fixed.

Great location to stay and take advantage of the hiking options in the George Washington National Forest

Next time, don’t advertise a hot tub outside for the cabins that DON’T have a hot tub outside. Everything else was awesome.

Friendly staff, good location. Breakfast could have been better for the price. Scrambled eggs were dry. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Everyone went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable.

Hotel was super super clean and the room was spacious. The staff at checking was very friendly. We enjoyed the patio with different seating options, outdoor TVs and even a fire pit. A great stay, I definitely recommend.
