"Our three-day stay at this hotel was excellent from the point of check in to our check out, with friendly smiles and professional customer service from all hotel employees. A very welcome reprieve in the calm of Luxor after the chaos of Cairo, the hotel is a bit older but well appointed and has everything you need inside or immediately outside. As a bonus, it is super close to the major attractions so travel time and those early morning wake ups are a little less harrowing. I would come back here again, but one small suggestion to the manager of the morning buffet: please ask the very lovely but overly eager staff to give the guests a bit more space, nobody wants to feel hassled every couple of minutes during breakfast especially after getting up at 4am to go to an activity. "

"Newly built hotel exquisitely designed and traditionally furnished by the owners. Room was spotless and well appointed with a great shower and water pressure. Minibar in the room was refreshed daily and kept drinks nice and cold. Owners were very friendly and took the time to chat and advise/organise sightseeing trips and activities at very reasonable costs. The hotel provided a riverboat to take guests across the Nile and back whenever required free of charge or would take you down the river to the temple for 100LE (£1.40). Food was excellent and freshly prepared by the chef and the menu changed daily. Finally all the staff appeared happy at work and were always smiling and pleased to say hello. The rooms, food and drinks were all reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again."

"This hotel is such a gem! The rooms are all unique, the pool is refreshing, and the food is delicious! I did not realize prior to booking that the hotel has their own small farm, and most (if not all) of the produce comes from their own gardens. Everything we ate was delicious! But most of all, the staff is absolutely wonderful! Everyone was so accommodating, helpful, making sure we were well looked after, well fed, and happy. The property is located on the West Bank, so it’s away from the city, and peaceful and quiet. The hotel can arrange a taxi for you anywhere you need to go. Don’t hesitate to stay here, it’s a fantastic value for your money."

"It was situated in a quite area along with the locals and other hotels near by. The entrance to the hotel is deceptive as inside it is very big and has a large swimming pool. The team looking after the guests were absolutely friendly and helpful. The hotel food is cheap and delicious with a good selection. I would recommend this hotel for any family stay."
