After a great day at the beach, prepare a nice meal in our fully equipped kitchen and have dinner in the sunroom or grill away and eat outside. Plenty of board games for fun nights in.
There are 2 bedrooms. Both have hanging closets, with hangers. The master bedroom has a queen bed with memory foam mattress. The other bedroom has a full size day bed with a twin trundle. The living room couch unfolds as a queen bed. Linens are provided for all beds
The outdoor space has a picnic table that holds 6 people, a large umbrella and a propane grill.
You’ll have access to the entire cottage, the yard and 2 parking spots

The Chapman Cottage is part of the Chapman Beach Community of Westbrook, CT and is in close proximity to Chapman Beach (2 mins drive, 5 mins walk on fairly flat grounds).
Westbrook, CT is sandwiched in between Clinton and Old Saybrook. This small coastal town is well-known for its sandy beaches facing the Long Island Sound, Stewart B. Kinney National Wildlife Refuge and the Westbrook Outlets.
Venture out to the neighboring towns for more outlet (Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets) and antique shopping (many stores along Route 1!)
The Chapman Cottage is close to I-95 and is right off Route 1. We recommend having a vehicle to get around to see local attractions and shop/ dine out.
Once you’re at the Chapman Cottage, you can walk to Chapman Beach, which is about 5 mins away.
This is a vibrant beach community, with over 100 Cottages. The neighboring houses in somewhat close proximity and we ask for our guests to be respectful and aware of the neighbors when enjoying the outdoor space and while at the Beach.
While driving through the Community, we ask that you respect speed limits and always proceed with caution.
