From the private pool and seasonal outdoor areas to the indoor gym and game room, this home offers something for everyone. Lawn features include a large patio complete with a beautiful, Wisteria-covered pergola. A gas grill is provided for summertime cookouts. There's also a scenic on-site pond with a seasonally furnished dock for sitting. When you're ready to explore, you'll find plenty to see and do close to home. Hike a portion of the famed Appalachian Trail, or take a quick drive across the Connecticut River to visit the charming university town of Hanover, home to Dartmouth College. Woodstock Village offers plenty of sights and festivities. During the winter months, there are tons of all-terrain vehicle trails and skiing opportunities, while Killingsotn Ski Resort is an easy day trip from home.

The inviting interior comes thoughtfully furnished with all the familiar comforts of home. The spacious, gourmet kitchen comes complete with granite counters and high-end major appliances, with an adjacent dining room and direct access to the patio for your choice of mealtime venues. A brick fireplace, a smart TV, and comfortable seating welcome family downtime in the living room. Double French doors offer outdoor access. An ample-sized mudroom, a half-bath, and a laundry room complete the main floor features. Family fun awaits in the downstairs game room featuring a pool table, Ping-Pong, and a second living room with a plush sectional, smart TV, and fireplace. The fitness room includes a rowing machine, a treadmill, an elliptical, exercise mats, and a variety of free weights. Free WiFi is available throughout the home.

The pool, grill, dock, gazebo, and patio furnishings are seasonally available amenities. They are not offered year-round.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog.

Security camera details: For security purposes, there is one camera mounted outside on the front door and one beside the garage doors.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
