Wildomar Chalets

Good stay but some improvement is needed with continual breakfast.

Price is goid convenient stores close by well lighted

My stay at Best Western plus was outstanding. The staff was very friendly and always gave a nice smile. I felt very welcome there and the view was great. 10/10 in my opinion.

The hotel is really nice, centrally located with lots of services right down the street. The breakfast is ok, it wasn't the best, but there is food if you are hungry! The only reason I didn't give the best rating for service was because the door on the side of the hotel really didn't work right and it jammed my finger pretty bad. When I told the girl at the front desk she said "yeah, it happens". That was a bummer of a response. Not, wow, sorry, can I get you ice? Or, I will have someone...

The bedding was amazing! Soft and comfortable for a traveler. We stayed just two nights, but we will be back, as our son and his family just moved to Lake Elsinore and we are helping them unpack and get settled. We liked this hotel so much that it will be our choice of stay again. ...

Very clean! Very welcoming!

The hotel is amazing. The room was updated and had a mini fridge, clothes steamer, and a televisin

This place is amazing. The staff even better, especially the front desk staff like Julie who truly made us feel welcomed and was super helpful.

I was surprised. The hotel was very nice. The room immaculate and very well appointed. Sweet kitchen well stocked. And very comfortable room.

Nice property There are a few things, On Sundays there's no food from restraunt very limited. There was issue with extending my stay that someone else was able to grab the room number I was extending in from internet and held my room number it was an all day event just to get my keys made and checked back into the same room that all my stuff was in, the assistant manager Ann hadto go look and make surethat was my room it was such a mess. I appreciate Ann.

All staff were nice, friendly. Room was spacious and clean

Our room was oustanding, roomy perfect. Breakfast excellent with so many choices. Front desk amazing. Our only hitch was housekeeping. We expected 1 visit during stay which we didnt get, but we just requested towels/tp and were fine. Hallways had debris/pool area needs a little tlc, BUT great visit would definitely rebook.

I’m just

Cannot get a better location to be within walking distance of old town district, no need for Uber!

Loved the place that it was so close to Oldtown Temecula. It was easy check-in and the rooms are updated. Service was excellent through the three we spoke with on out entire stay. Would stay here again :)

Clean room
