Turned away late evening!
In spite of having a confirmed reservation, I was turned away as the hotel was fully booked. The parking lot looked pretty empty and since it looked like a shady neighborhood, I was not displeased. It was late evening and very inconvenient to try to make alternative arrangements.

We made a reservation. We got there and they said it would be extra because the tv was to big for the tv stand and told us they would not give us a room. We got nothing but attitude

clearly a hotel in transition - refurbing while trying to stay open. facilities limited for now, infra generally poor, but rooms were clean and cheap.
