“Pleasant room. Good location. Alfie on the front desk was very good. Some of the furniture requires replacement or renovation - bed and couch. Would be good to provide a few utensils and plates in the kitchenette. Breakfast could be improved, somewhat. Overall a more than satisfactory stay. Thank you.”

“The property is beautiful. The pool is amazing. It's a walk in pool that gradually gets deeper to a tall rock formation with a waterfall cascading down with cool refreshing water. You can relax in the pool with a picturesque ocean view. The property is owner operated, so much love goes into the care of the property.”

“The resort, staff and facilities are excellent. The location in Islamorada is great either for a few days in the keys or as a stopping point to or from Key West. We didn’t get time to use all of the facilities but there are restaurants on site, kayaks, pools, a lively beach and breakfast so you don’t have to leave if you don’t want to.”

“The Staff was Great. from my first phone call speaking to Erta before my trip to check in with Jullianna who gave excellent recommendations on expeditions and restaurants to the breakfast staff who prepared a 5 star breakfast buffet with all the fixings. Eggs, sausages, waffles, fruit, muffins etc This is how a hotel should do breakfast. :-) Great relaxing trip.”

“The parking is good. There is a nice pool and restaurant. You will have breakfast with a lot of sea birds nearby and other animals waiting for you here and there. The facilities in the room are really aged and don’t work efficiently, including the toilet, sink, closet, telephone, doors. ”

“Staff and cleanliness were great. Rooms updated. The loungers by the water were very uncomfortable. Had to sit by the pool. Those loungers were much more comfortable. Several people smoking cigars which was unpleasant. The location was not what I expected. Not a lot of tourist things to do. Overall the hotel was very nice and comfortable”

“If this place was renovated or updated it would be really nice. We had to switch rooms because the air conditioning had a loud whistling sound. The staff were really nice about the change which we appreciated. There were a lot of mosquitos around the property. The nearby water is pretty and we saw a gorgeous sunset. You probably wouldn't want to go swimming though because the water is filled with seaweed. It's more of a sit by the pool and water place, not really a beach go in the water place.……

“Rooms are a bit outdated. My living room was missing light bulbs. Room was not properly clean. One toilet was loose. Not enough trash bags and in 4 days no room service was provided. The bed was great and the pool was clean.”
