“This place was so disgusting! Said no smoking room but room stunk with no smoking cover up smell. Getting to the room on the 2nd floor on the gross carpets was gross. And to top it all off the Motel also was a SRO with people living there. Awful we couldn’t stay in it. Take it off your website. ”

“The hotel is new, clean, and spacious. The staff was professional and accommodating. Breakfast was good…the same as most hotels I have patronized. The biggest downfall was that the parking lot was cordoned off as it had recently been paved. Customers had to park in the Panera Bread and/or Movie Theater parking lots. (My husband is a retired Hotel Manager…usually when a new hotel is built, the parking lot is paved PRIOR To OPENING!!!) As a person with disabilities I did not appreciate having to……

“I have been in this hotel many times (probably over few months) since September 2021. Some renovation done in mid 2022… fantastic! just one thing to maintain full stars review: to replace the dryers in the laundry if repair does not work (a bit annoying to pay 2-3 times to complete the dry since early 2022 😅)”

“It was clean and cheap! The breakfast was frosted flakes, raisin bran, bagels, muffins, toast, coffee, that's literally it. Not even juice. I would still stay again though, for the clean and cheap. Comfy bed! Staff was sweet.”

“Staff was slightly rude when we came in at 2 am. Clean rooms. Easy parking. Close to West Haven train station. ”

“First night I was there my door lock ,locked me in the room for 45 mins the phone number was busy the whole time so I couldn't get through. I had a friend come here to go to the desk and get help. Could luck asking for anything with the woman at the desk she is rotten. I go to another room and the mini fridge didn't work then”
