The Reynolda room is a spacious second-floor room filled with natural light and decorated in bright and cheery French Country Garden. It features a charming and comfortable antique, queen-size canopy bed featuring birds to match the garden theme, two comfortable chairs for unwinding and a vanity for getting ready. There is also a remarkable yellow fireplace (non-operational) with original tile and cover from the early 1900s.The private bath awaits you and is only a few steps down the hall; it includes a tub/shower combination and pedestal sink. This room can become a two-room suite when joined with the Wachovia room, if you are traveling with family or friends.
The Shaffner has retained historic charm while expanding to include modern amenities such as free WiFi, 43" smart, flat-screen TVs, alarm/clock and USB charging stations. Each room is outfitted with luxurious Matouk linens, duvets, pillows, robes and monogrammed towels, as well as Peacock Alley blankets and monogrammed pillows. For your convenience, we also provide complimentary face wash, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, as well as an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer.
