The property did not match the images on the VRBO website. It was also quite dirty in the most important rooms, such as the kitchen, dining room, and bathroom.
Kitchen - smelled like someone had just finished cooking some kind of meat. The stove was not clean and it was greasy. The wall behind the stove was greasy and had grease stains. We went out and purchased cleaning supplies so that we could clean the kitchen in order for us to use it.
Dining Room Table - It had a vinyl tablecloth covering it and it too was greasy. We ended up purchasing our own tablecloth to cover the one on the table.
Bathroom - The shower Stall base was stained with dirt, and the exhaust fan had not been cleaned in some time. There were cobwebs in the corners. The earlier statement regarding cleaning supplies applied to the bathroom as well. We spent considerable time cleaning the shower stall, but not the other areas of the bathroom.
The images on the VRBO website must be from when this property was first submitted. The TV in one of the pics, is a very old type.
The throw rugs in the Kitchen are grey in the pic and in good shape, but this was not the case when we walked in. They were brown and well-worn.
