Dells Zipline Adventures offers a Zipline and Adventure Park located on six scenic acres within Chula Vista Resort for an additional charge. You will find something for everyone in the family. We’re delighted you’ve chosen Chula Vista Resort, hosted by Vacasa, for your upcoming escape. Your arrival will be effortless—there’s no need to stop at the front desk. Prior to check-in, you’ll receive a private access code that allows you to go straight to your residence and begin enjoying your stay right away. Please note that indoor waterpark passes are not included and cannot be purchased. However, your reservation does include access to the seasonal outdoor pools located in front of and behind the Rio Condos—an ideal setting to relax and unwind. When we arrived, there were a few immediate concerns — including blood on the lamps in the bedroom, which was very unsettling and raised cleanliness concerns right away. Our receipt also listed “waterpark add-ons,” however we were told we could not access any of the Chula Vista Resort Waterparks waterparks, which was confusing and frustrating since it was included on the booking details. Guest services through Chula Vista and through VBRO were not helpful either. We ended up spending another $1,000 for all of us to go to the Kalahari for waterparks. There also appeared to be no on-site staff available during our stay. There was no one present to check us in, answer questions, or assist with basic needs like towels, toilet paper, or garbage bags. At checkout on Sunday, while we were packing up, room service knocked on the door. We explained that we would be leaving shortly, but when we exited the room they were still standing outside waiting for us to leave, which felt uncomfortable and rushed. It was very nice being able to skip the check in line while all of the rest of the conference goers were stuck in line. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only small suggestion I have is to maybe have a night light in the double bedroom. I found it to be a little dark, but if my husband would have been traveling with me, he would have loved it!We really enjoyed our stay.
