This is a comfortable hotel with up to date looking rooms and amenities. The staff is friendly and keeps the place very clean. The breakfast selection is above average, including hot items like eggs, bacon, sausage, and a pancake machine! The location is near fast food, grocery stores, and close to downtown Hastings. We slept well on comfortable beds and enjoyed the pool. Our room also had a mini fridge and a nice TV.

The hotel is very charming and clean. Lowell is a cute tiny and the locals are very nice. Service was great at hotel and nearby restaurant. Only downside of the hotel room was no thermostat to control individual room temp so it was a little chilly but not unbearable.

I had a 5-night stay that was made very pleasant by Maddie (sp?) who offered to make me fresh coffee when I checked out at 4:30 am, and always had a positive attitude with any of my asks. This place is situated in between many farms and corn fields, at a truck stop, so the smell was very strong when it came in on the wind. There were times it didn't smell, too, so it's weather-based. Room was clean. It was quiet. Breakfast was a little shy

This was our 2nd time to Bay Pointe. They make us feel at home. It was a pleasure to encouter Mary Ellen at the front desk. She has a great smile!

My husband and I booked this property and came in late with our baby. After we checked in we realized we forgot milk for our son. Henrietta was more than helpful. She acted as if she was a Grandma for our son. She got us a cup of milk so we wouldn’t have to go back out. We went up to our room when we realized we left his bedding in a bag at home, we came down to ask for some sheets for his pack and play when she gave us clean children’s bedding. My husband and I travel frequently and never have...

rate I got that was $21 cheaper than Expedia. the staff was more than eager to take care of anything I needed

Your manager Brandy is exceptional. I’ve been to many Holiday Inn’s and this one deserves the upgrades that the others have had. The other staff is very happy and caring with the exception of night staff member Holly. She needs some re-training on customer care and friendliness.

Very friendly staff!
