“Staff insisted they took cash only, even with a card reader on the counter. No atm. Kinda rude. Was not notified of this at time of booking. They have a $20 lost room key fee as well.”

“The service was extremely poor. In the morning, my room door was opened for no reason, and when they saw that I was inside, they immediately closed it again without giving any explanation or apology. Later, I reported this incident to the front desk, but the staff seemed indifferent and simply said it might have been housekeeping. However, this is a serious safety issue — why would someone open a guest’s door without knocking first?”

“地板踩起來微黏 浴室有蟑螂 冷氣很吵 不是恆溫 停車場有人兜售weeds 草坪全是狗大便 通道也全是養狗的臭味 電梯故障 泳池不開放 烘衣機也有不明髒污 強烈建議遊客 或是家庭旅客考慮別間飯店”

“The room was dirty with dust on the side table and drawers which I dusted with wipes. Also, the bathroom has no floor mat and hand towers which we requested the following day. The shower is slow and the shower curtain is too high that it hardly reach the tub that the water drips to the floor. I am a bit disappointed that it did not meet the "holiday inn" standard that we normally receives from other locations.”
