"Room was pretty small (had 2 double beds). Bathroom was very small (would not accommodate 2 people at once). No refrigerator unless you pay $40 extra. But the location can't be beat! Staff very nice!"

"My check-in experience was not good enough because of an IT issue we couldn’t get our room keys the first night. The second day the issue was resolved and we were able to get our room keys but the front desk forgot to activated them by the time we return from the city we were at our floor and for our surprised the room keys were not working so we have to get back to the lobby to get them activated. Other than that the room was clean and organized and the staff very polite."

"We stayed in the presidential suite 3405. Upgraded from the premier during check in. Room was awesome, was for a business trip for my watch company. Room was clean, large, and everything was as expected. Check in was a breeze as well as check out. Checked our bags at check out as the event lasted until the evening. $4 a bag to check / I’m not complaining. We were treated with respect and everyone working at the hotel was extremely kind and helpful. We will be back next year for sure!"
