"My wife and I stayed here for anniversary trip. The fox den is a perfect combination of 1970's vibes, while still having modern conveniences. We appreciated the fresh eggs provided and well stocked kitchen for making breakfast.The host put much effort in making sure it was great experience with great guidebook that provided information on everything in the fox den and recommended local places for dining and exploring. We also had the charcuterie add-on, which looked and tasted amazing and was perfect for snacking on during our stay.The location is very secluded as described. My only advice would be to plan your excursions from the fox den as it does take some extra travel time (especially if you normally live in more populated areas) than what you may be used to. That being said the natural beauty of the area, along with the peace and quiet was worth the extra distance. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend the fox den to anyone looking for escape into both nature and the 1970's."

"Carpet was stinky. Handrails were loose. Air conditioner was working, but was unreliable and hard to control. Froze us out first night, then had to keep adjusting it. Parking lot was cracked and had broken pipes. Price was very reasonable, but you get what you pay for."

"We had a great time staying at EC Reeds. It was even cuter in person. The owners were so kind and made sure we were having a great stay. The room was clean and very comfortable. We ate at their restaurant twice. Breakfast was good and the soda fountain drinks were a great touch. I got the salad trio for lunch and it was delicious. Its definitely worth it to spend a weekend antiquing and visiting the nearby parks."

"Beautiful property, large and spacious home with a great porch that was perfect for visiting with family. Dora was great, flawless communication throughout the entire booking and stay. The drive to the property was well worth it. Would recommend to anyone wanting a well-appointed, private getaway with family and friends."
