"The villa is absolutely lovely in all aspects. Plenty of space, very well equipped with pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, BBQ and great kitchen area. Everything you could want for a great, leisurely break, very peaceful, lovely views! Our contact (Helena) was very helpful when we asked for anything without being intrusive. With no shops and only one restaurant within (a very steep) walking distance, you will need a car however. All in all, we had a fantastic, break!"

There was a large group of 11 adults and 1 child and the way the property is sub divided into 3 parts, works really well because there is plenty of privacy in the living quarters. Plenty of plates , glasses and utensils on site so you can eailsy cook meals for a large group. A real added bonus is the beach bar , with entertainment on some nights. Only thing which might help is some mirrors in the bedrooms. All in all a fantastic villa , which i highly recommend"

"Simple the best place we have ever stayed. Have the sea at your doorstep, access to paddle boards etc, made this the most wonderful holiday. The inside of the villa is immaculate with air conditioning throughtout, and a lovely sized pool. Location is great, just a short taxi drive to restuarants and bars in Rogoznica. We would definately like to go back at some point."

Shops and restaurants are all within driving distance. We rented a car but were still able to walk to the shops along the beautiful coast! Cannot recommend this...

"Ein sehr komfortables Robinsonhaus mit Frischwassertank und Strom gespeist von einer Photovoltaikanlage mit Baterriespeicher. Und der Whirlpool funktioniert tagsüber auch bestens. Ausstattung war ausreichend gut. Einzig ein Toaster wäre noch von Vorteil, da frisches Brot in Tkon kaufen ca. 1 Stunde Geländefahrt bedeuten würde. Wir hatten uns vorher in Biograd noch einen Toaster gekauft, und uns reichlich mit Mineralwasser und allen nötigen Lebensmitteln eingedeckt."

"Wir waren zu 8 Personen für 11 Nächte dort. Das wichtigste: Der Pool ist sehr schön sauber. Herr Perkovic hat das Objekt übernommen und wir waren die ersten Gäste. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber es war alles was man braucht vorhanden. Wenn uns etwas gefehlt hat, wie zusätzliche Liegen oder Handtücher, hat Herr Perkovic es am nächsten Tag vorbeigebracht. Die komplette Abwicklung und Kommunikation mit ihm war sehr unkompliziert.
