Hotel was super clean. Staff was wonderful. Nice variety for breakfast and very good coffee. easy access to the subway. Not in the best neighborhood but didn’t have any problems whatsoever. Water pressure was fantastic and very hot water… Will definitely stay there again

We stayed at this hotel for 18 nights. The neighborhood is iffy but the hotel is top notch and you can really see that the owners , managers and staff really care about their place . Rosas at Park is their In-house restaurant and everything we ate there was delicious. We loved the spinach salad with filet mignon and had it multiple times. It’s top-tier, once you get inside!

We stayed overnight during the week between Christmas and New Years Eve. The price was very affordable and parking was on-site. It was easy to find, the staff was amazingly friendly, and breakfast being included was a definite plus.. it included hot items like bacon, sausage, eggs, etc. The suite with kitchen and pull out couch was very comfortable for our family of 4. Applebee's does the room service but only until 11pm. There is a DD around the corner as well. It was a little tough to walk to...

Staying in NYC because of wife's illness and need to develop a treatment plan...several weekly visits. Stayed at the Plaza Athenae, The Surrey, and The Lowell. The Lowell was the best mostly because of their customer first attitude and competence...many good, small hotels in the city but the one that delivers the best experience wins every time!

"The Sherry" is a precious jewel of a hotel, offering an exquisite taste of life on the Upper East Side for a reasonable price. If you've even wanted to know what it is like to live the life of delicious ease that only a very few could ever afford, or can afford today, then spend just a little bit more and stay at The Sherry, and you will never regret your decision! The staff is accustomed to pampering its many full-time residents, and they treat the hotel guests with the same gracious...

Very spacious room, fantastic Keihl samples (replaced everyday), great linens and lots of towels, mints by bed, the works. Elevator operator a nice touch of class in this day and age. Only downside was lack of convenient local places to get bottle of soda morning or night (the hotel charges $8.00 in room bar…are they really maximizing profits at that ridiculous price?). Otherwise, great experience from an experienced luxury customer.

Ok let's get into it!! Let's start with Cynthia who works the front desk (I think she's one of the leads)! She was dope! (For those who don't understand the lingo lol) she was amazing!!
Super professional extremely pleasant and welcoming and very helpful!
The decor of the hotel is not your average decor! It's gives a bit of tribal history from the works of art throughout the hotel! It gives Dominican culture as well with a splash of the Dominican salons!
I have stayed in resorts and hotels all...
