“Will definitely be going bk”

“When I arrived, there was a group of young adults outside with very little clothing and smoking what smelled like marijuana unfortunately I had already paid for the hotel so I couldn’t leave. Got to my room no toilet paper in the room realize when I went to go to bed. The floor was dirty. Went to take a shower in the morning and the bath mat was dirty. The group of people that were out front of the hotel were there till about 10:30 in the morning, making all kinds of noise right at the front……

“The room I was assigned had cockroaches crawling out of the corner of the room, and more than two cockroaches in the bed. I spoke with other people and they reported the same problem. The room and bathroom were also very dirty and did not look cleaned before we arrived. Lastly, the shower water was cold and turned luke warm at best on the highest temperature setting.”

“First time being in Best Western and you are greeted with friendly service and the price is decent. Though the hotel is only two floors. The bedrooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable to sleep in.”

“No quality at this Inn! Breakfast is a joke! Rooms are decent but need some repairs. Staff has alot to be desired. Save yourself time and money.....stay at the quality inn in Lexington....its like night and day.”
