“Arrived 1/2 hour before check in time & inquired about getting in a little early. Girl at desk said we could for an additional $25 fee. We decided to just drive around & look at the town rather than pay the fee. When we arrived back at the hotel 45 minutes later, we were told our room still was not ready! I assume if we’d paid the early check in fee we’d have still just had to set in the lobby & wait! Had we been told up front the room wasn’t ready, we’d have just taken more time to explore the……

“This location can't be beat. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, and most imortantly the beach. Watch the sunset from your room! The bathroom is really functional with a large shower and lots of counter top space. The small refridgerator and microwave were all I needed to throw together breakfast and lunch. I ate dinner out, but lots of people were grilling outside and cooking in. The rooms are newly remodeled and beautiful. Enjoyed the stay very much. Nice family vibe. Can't wait to go back!”

The office informed us that due to an undisclosed “policy change” we were not able to be in that room any longer. “The stay was great, cabin 22 was cozy and comfortable, close to the beach and provides private parking! (It is very tight, if you have a longer vehicle make sure to angle it a little past the drawn lines or others wont be able to get around you.) The Blue Agate Cafe down at the end has great fresh breakfast and lunch options. My only gripe was that upon check in we were a little late, told to go to another property to check in only to find a closed office. - Expedia did not share my contact……
