“Not helpful at all. Tv did not work and when we were told it couldn’t be fixed and would get a discount off the room next day nothing was given even after I’ve followed up and tried to call and email. Terrible staffing. Pool is brown and bathrooms are ran down. Only plus is if you have multiple kids the options of 3 beds in a room is nice.”

“The hotel is in a great area close to boardwalk etc. The door to the room was hard to open and the key sometimes didn’t work. If there is no staff available then you could be out in the cold. The bed was hard and the room was cold with no area to hang out. The pool was good. If you want a good breakfast place there’s a cafe across the street with great breakfast burritos, and pancakes. Please note that all of Santa Cruz closes at 9pm. Ha!”

“This was the grossest room I’ve stayed in in a very long time. The bathroom smelled like urine (like really badly) and the rest of the room smelled like something unexplainable, I paid for a room with a fridge and microwave and didn’t get one, there was no trash bin, the walls were covered in black smudges, the ac unit only partially worked and was covered in a thick layer of dust, the sheets were squeaky and had sand in them. I can’t believe how much I paid for this room!”
