“We thankfully only stayed at this hotel for 1 night. We arrived after midnight and it took the woman at the front desk 20 mins to check me and my friend that we travelled with in. She kept taking calls and was moving at an exceptionally slow pace. When we got to our room it was pretty bare bones but given the price it was ok. The issue is that the floors were laminate and covered in a sticky film of some sort. It was terrible to walk through the room and have our socks and/or shoes stick to……

“This hotel was one of the cleanest I have ever seen! The pool was awesome and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.”

“I give Comfort Inn & Suites W. Seneca, NY 4 stars because of the customer care and service delivery. For me, the location was important because it was quiet with a mostly mature adult-type ambiance. The staff were very friendly and put a lot of care in handling my room accommodation needs when I arrived later in the evening. Each ask was met with a smile and in the affirmative which is rare in itself today. I would have liked to have seen more hot oatmeal or mixed fruit bowls for breakfast……
