“The beds were comfortable but it was very disappointing that the hot tub was not working. The pool and the hot tub was two of the reasons why I chose to stay there. The faucet head for the bathtub was very loose and felt like it was going to fall off. There was an awful sour stench from whatever cleaning agent/ disinfectant or cloths/mops that they used to clean the rooms. None of the USB ports worked in my room either, they were all broken so I could not charge my phone or smart watch. I had to……

“The room needs to be more clean. I liked that i was asked if like to see the room first then after I reported there was no water in sink over the counter and it was immediately fixed. Parking illumination was okay and a/c running perfectly.”

“The rooms were not stocked like most hotels. There was a quarter of a roll of toilet paper in the restroom. We had no complementary shampoo or body soap in our room but there was in my parent’s room. There was no hair dryer in my room but there was in my parents. Also the mattress on the pull out sofa bed was super thin. Sheets are not soft and very used. Overall the very cheap feel about the room. No pool”
