“Hotel smelled and needs to be RENOVATED!! Wasn’t happy for what I paid!!!”

“Ice machine dont work, didnt feel safe in room felt like you were on camera. Got charged $50 for holding the room when we already booked the room online. Room was dirty ”

“The room we had was okay, but the parking lot on the end we were staying at (farthest from entrance) had no lights in it, so we ended up parking in the front lot and walking to our room. Us being smokers, that was very inconvenient for us since our room was practically the farthest from the main lot. We booked this hotel because it advertised as having a pool, hot tub, and spa on site. The spa was closed, so I couldn’t book anything, the pool and hot tub were so small that we ended up not using……

“The room was not what I booked. I booked a room with 2 beds and a pull out sofa. There was no sofa in the room. Other than that the place was clean.”

“Staff were amazing. Rooms were nice, breakfast was yummy pool area needs deep cleaning. ”

“I’m so upset because the room was dirty when I got there there was trash all in the cans the shower had used soap the refrigerator had food in it that wasn’t ours. I’m just very upset when I told them they just looked at me weird and said that’s what I paid for they couldn’t do anything. I’m so mad.”

“My stay was great! The room was very clean. The hotel is near to many choices for dinner, lunch and breakfast. The breakfast served at the hotel was very fresh,. Hot and cold choices. The hotel was far enough from the main road to be very quiet at night. Staff was courteous and helpful. ”
