“Every one of the staff members we came into contact with greeted us with a smile, a friendly hello and a "have a nice day". We felt truly special and welcome! The room was immaculate. The bed was comfortable. The gym was nice & clean. Breakfast was amazing & delicious. There were several staff members present to make sure the breakfast items were hot and fresh. We would definitely stay here again and we recommend 10/10!”

“Terrible breakfast. There is no breakfast buffet, their online description is highly deceptive and misleading. There was some lukewarm coffee, a few dry bagels, muffins and toast. No eggs, no links, no bacon… nothing warm. Then the manager had the audacity to tell me that I didn’t even qualify for any breakfast since I didn’t book directly with the hotel. Expedia members don’t count. I also qualified as a VIP guest which they ALSO didn’t honor (no free beverage). Small stuff like that ruins your……
