“I recently stayed at the DoubleTree Hilton, and while the staff was absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and welcoming—the hotel itself was quite disappointing. My room’s AC wasn’t working, so it was extremely hot and humid with barely any air circulation. I also noticed a strange smell of weed in the hotel, even though it’s supposed to be a non-smoking environment. On top of that, the pool was closed during my stay, which was really disappointing. Overall, the building needs some serious……

“Beautiful boutique hotel. Loved the setup of the room with the elevated bed. Amazing view of the trees. The roof top was awesome with pool table, games, a bar. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because we selected the hotel for the hot tubs and they were not operating. Catbird should update their Expedia ad. Also, the staff could be friendlier.”
