“The hotel was lovely, and the room was a great size. It had a living room/kitchenette area and a separate bedroom area. My two complaints are 1) nowhere was it mentioned that their spa was closed for construction (the main reason we chose this resort was for the spa) adn 2) there was no mention of AC work being conducted. Woke up to a large crane lifting equipment to the roof right outside my window in addition to the text received the evening before that they will be entering my room to check……

We did not deal with it because it was late by the time we realized. Also, the blinds did not work well. Again, we did not contact the staff, so I couldn’t tell you if they would have fixed these things if they were brought to their attention. “The location of the resort was perfect. The villa we stayed in was clean. There was no noise which was perfect. Having the creek behind the property is a 10. Really enjoyed oir stay. Will definitely stay at the arroyo creek resort in the future.”

“I had high hopes for this place. The description said that we would be treated more than a number, as soon as we checked in, it felt rushed. There was an envelope with our name on it outside. A staff member I think came to show us where our room was again, felt rushed. In the description it said fresh fruit and snacks would be provided, there wasn’t any at all. There was a glass bottle of water, and some ice in the small fridge. Absolutely no snack, no fruit nothing. The breakfast menu gave us……

“This is a hidden gem in a quiet Sedona neighborhood. An easy walk (about a half mile) to the Thunder Mountain trailhead with amazing hiking and views. The room at the Inn was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Staff are gracious and generous. Amenities are plentiful. Breakfasts are delicious! I particularly enjoyed eating at a table just outside the room. Nourishing, fresh, and filling. The chef takes dietary preferences into consideration. An added plus! I highly recommend The Inn at Thunder……
