“Beautiful hotel. Unable to check in a minute early but weren’t able to leave our bags there until check in. Staff was very nice and had great food recommendations. We stayed in the room with the balcony and it is very large and comfortable. Location in downtown was perfect, and safe. No parking for rentals but there is a municipal parking garage about 3 streets away.
We never found the pool in the hotel. Only saw a spa place next door. Very deceiving, don’t boom if you are focus on having a……

“The property is located in residential neighborhood. It was clean, and ready for us when we got there. The owner was responsive, respectful and friendly. There could have been a few more linens: washcloths, hand towels, potholders and 'starter' condiments like coffee filters and salt/pepper/sugar. Overall, this was an affordable accommodation for our first visit to Puerto Rico. ”

“The stay was great. The people around there are super friendly. There are some bars right across the street and even restaurants within a 2 min walk. Our apartment had roof access and it made the stay even better than it already was. There is also a 24 hour gas station that’s only a 5 min walk away. Tourist areas are very close by and the Ubers are only around $4. Not the best if you want beach vacation as it is an uber away. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend.”

“Beautiful place. Plenty of space for our family to spread out. The unit was equipped with what we needed for our short stay to prepared a few meals. It was walkable to places to eat and also across the street from the beach. The locking gates everywhere, I was not used to, and the beach locking was interesting, but nothing to deter from the listing of the place! Host was responsive and very accommodating. ”

“Everything was absolutely amazing and as described. A great price for a great property with all the amenities you could ever want in an vacation rental. Very close to multiple beaches, short drive to multiple dining facilities and shopping centers, and less than an hour from the city of San Juan.
