Called the front desk and was told they had to come to my room. When the front desk person came to my room she said it was a non-smoking room and it had been cleaned. I told her to smell it—she just insisted it had been cleaned and that no one smoked in the hotel. They wouldn’t change my room even though the hotel was empty. When I went into the stairwell, surprise!! Cigarette butts everywhere—thought it was a non smoking property. The bathroom didn’t have a sink stopper or pea trap on the sink so I also got to enjoy the smell of sewer gas in my room. What a total dump!! The bed was so comfortable that I actually overslept and didn't want to leave. I would have loved yo have been able to stay longer and make use of v the gym and the pool. Both looked great. There was an outdoor courtyard where the biulding got a new outer"cover" that inclosed the courtyard pool???. My room had a door screwed closed to the outside, but outside there is no door. Crappy door locks. Jammed them with towels and moved the couch infrount of the door.
