"I have visited this site in the past and was pleased enough with it to return. However, this trip was different. The room was not as clean as it should have been. The night stand had what appeared to be dried milkshake running down it. The soap dispenser in the bathroom had a broken spigot. The ceiling had large water stains and the fire detector on the ceiling was covered with plastic.
The amenities were also not as good as they could have been. The pool was very cold, but useable. However, the deck area around the pool was not clean. At one point I stepped on something and saw a fake nail stuck to the bottom of my foot. After looking around, I saw more fake nails on the deck as well. There were also no towels at at the pool. I went to the front desk to request some and was originally told no. After questioning, the front dest attendant told me they were all in the dryer. I asked if they would be ready and taken to the pool soon so we would have them when we were done and I was told, "I don't know." They were not there an hour and a half when we were done swimming. The next morning we went for a quick swim before checking out and there were still no towels. I stopped one of the room cleaners in the hall to ask for some and they gave me two for the three of us.
It appeared there were a few good options for breakfast, unfortunately they were out of a lot. Basics, like orange juice, eggs, and pancakes were out.
