"walls are paper thin. Matress was on the floor basically, w/ a 5 inch lift. Matress was totally outdated, sinking as I'm laying down.. For a Hilton hotel, this one experience felt like staying at a motel 6."

"There is no shuttle during the day . The hotel is 3 miles from airport and you will be charged $30 minimum by uber. Don’t get there early, 30 minutes before check in and if I did not wait it was a $34 surcharge. Never again…"

"The hotel was very nice. The layout was great and the bed was almost like being home. The breakfast was really good, but I was surprised that it wasn't free, as advertised. Parking was also relatively expensive, but much more expensive at other locations. "

"Check-in was horrible. They person who checked us in was absolutely rude. None of the staff members were smiling. The hot tub was dirty. While we were in the pool at 7am, there were no towels available. The maintenance guys left the side doors open causing the cold air to come in. When we asked where we can get towels, they didn’t even responded, and took out 5 towels. There were already 10 people in the room at this time. Carpet at 322 were stained. Same with the shower. Heater in the room was not working. "
