Get your friends and family together for a fun time on beautiful Lake Travis! As you arrive at MCMVilla, you’ll be taken aback by the incredible views of Lake Travis. This recently renovated home has everything you'll need for a memorable time at the lake with family and friends. Hit the lake and enjoy our proximity to five nearby marinas and areas for swimming, fishing, and boat rentals. Upon booking you'll receive a welcome guide with more information on things to do and to help you plan your trip. Lakeway is a family-friendly and upbeat lake community where you'll find everything from casual to fine dining, bars, parks and family-friendly activities. It's perfectly situated by Lake Travis, the scenic Texas Hill Country where you can explore natural swimming holes and wineries, and just a 30-minute drive to Downtown Austin for a night on the town! You'll find plenty to do over the course of a week. Please note the home is not directly on the water but so close to everything! After a day on the lake, enjoy coming home to a clean, spacious, and well-decorated space perfect for entertaining large groups. There is a game room with a pool table on the lower level and a hot tub for winding down and enjoying evenings under the stars. You will find rest and relaxation here and plenty of ways to keep the kids entertained. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas range, dishwasher, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker (complimentary coffee provided), pots, pans, bakeware, cutting boards, microwave, knives, basic spices and just about everything you'll need for cooking and entertaining! The casual breakfast nook overlooks stunning Lake Travis views. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio and evenings on the deck grilling on the propane grill (propane provided) as you watch the sun set over the lake. Each bedroom has it's own in-room TV and curtains to help you sleep in (vacation mode!). There are four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. On the main level, you'll find the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring a spa tub and beautiful lake views. On the main floor is also a half bathroom. The lower level leads to the rest of the bedrooms: Bedroom 2: Full bed with closet and desk, (green room) Bedroom 3: Two full beds plus day bed (yellow room) The Green room and Yellow Room share a spacious bathroom with double vanity and tub/shower combination. Bedroom 4: King bed (pink room) Playroom: Pool table, DVD Collection and Futon The Pink room and playroom share a Full bathroom with tub/shower combination Other family-friendly amenities include a pack n' play and washer and dryer. We know you'll have lots of fun and make tons of memories at MCM Villa on beautiful Lake Travis! Additional rules We love that we can share our home with you but please treat the home, belongings, and property with care. 1\. No glass of any kind is permitted in or near the hot tub. If broken glass is found in the hot tub, guests may be responsible for the cost to drain and clean the hot tub. 2\. Parents/Guardians must closely supervise their toddlers and children at all times. 3\. Well-behaved and well-trained pets may be permitted with prior approval from the host. An additional fee of $150 for the first pet for the duration of the stay and $50 for the second pet applies (2 pets max). Pets must be treated with flea & tick preventative and up to date on shots. 4\. No Unregistered Guests. Please abide by occupancy limits. A maximum of 13 people may be on the property at any given time. People other than those set forth above may not be on the property. Any person on the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. If there are more guests than disclosed in the Rental Party, the security deposit (also called “damage deposit”) will automatically become forfeited and guests may be asked to leave without refund and a $250 service fee. 5\. The property is privately owned; the owners nor property manager are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners, Bonhost LLC and its representatives are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 6\. No illegal substances are to be used, sold, or distributed on the property. 7\. No parties and/or loud music. Please respect the neighbors and their privacy. The property is equipped with a noise monitoring system. Excessive noise may result in termination of your stay without refund. 8\. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order and leave it as close to how you found it. 9\. No Smoking. The security deposit (also called “damage deposit”) will automatically become forfeited for smoking indoors and additional remediation expenses may be imposed. 10\. Only use appliances for their intended uses. 11\. Practice safety at all times. 12\. Parking: Please park in the driveway or on the street in front of the hose. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 13\. Housekeeping: Please keep the home tidy and follow checkout procedures. There is no daily housekeeping service. Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, we do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house. Do not leave wet towels on the furniture. 14\. Checkout is at 11AM. Late checkouts may be subject to a $100/hr fee as we often have new guests arriving and schedule cleaners to arrive soon after 11AM. 15\. Weather, Disease, Acts of God and Unforeseen Circumstances: Bonhost LLC, nor homeowner, and their respective representatives, are not liable for any inconveniences, delays or Guests inability to access a unit as a result of any temporary or permanent issues which arise from weather, construction, road closures or conditions, natural disasters, reasons for travel including the cancelation of events or conferences, government orders, diseases, pandemics, viruses, illnesses, closings, pollution or other acts of God which are beyond Bonhost LLC’s control. I wish to use the vacation home’s hot tub facilities during the length of stay at your vacation home. By swimming in the vacation hot tub, I recognize and fully understand certain things, including: • At no time is there a lifeguard on duty, you (the renter) are responsible for the safe operation of the hot tub and are responsible for all persons using the hot tub during your stay. • My use of the hot tub facilities during my stay involves certain risks, including but not limited to: 1\. The risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the hot tub equipment; 2\. The risk of injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the hot tub area; 3\. The risk of injuries resulting from heat exposure. 4\. The risk of other injuries resulting from participating in any action in the hot tub. • I recognize and fully understand that the above list is not a complete or exhaustive list of all possible risks; the list only provides examples of types of risks that I am assuming. In exchange for the Owner allowing me to utilize the hot tub and area during my stay, I hereby agree to the conditions below. I fully intend and choose to give up the legal rights, as stated below: 1\. TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that I have or may have in the future against the Owner, manager, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or representatives (hereinafter referred to as the “Releasees”) relating to my use of the hot tub and hot tub area; 2\. TO RELEASE THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, expense, or other cost that I may suffer or that my next of kin may suffer in connection with my use of the Releasees hot tub or hot tub area to any cause whatsoever, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES; 3\. TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE RELEASEES from any and all liability to property, or personal injury to, any third party, resulting from the use of the hot tub or hot tub area 4\. That I am over the age of 25 and that I am responsible and will adhere to all the rules of the property; 5\. Master bedroom is definitely a master suite. Nice big bathroom with a spa tub and big shower(both built for 2… wink wink)2\. Everything was very well laid out, clean, and there was more than enough space for everyone (we had a smaller group of 6). The kitchen had everything we needed and all the light switches in the home were meticulously labeled, which was a huge help. Hot tub is large and functioned perfectly. Location was also convenient and was easy to get to. Great location to be close to the lake and still not too far away from 6th street. One plus pount of this house was how much space they had for parking on the lot so no cars are parked on the street. We had a bunch of cars because we had girls traveling from all over so it great to know our cars were safely on the property instead of on the street. Property manager was very communicate before and during our stay. This house was perfect for our family of 11 adults and 2 infants. The views are breathtakingly gorgeous. The house is equipped with everything you might need for the perfect weekend away. We rented this place to have an intimate celebration for my twins who turned 1\. Highly recommend it for family gatherings and weekend getaways. The views were amazing. We saw sunrise every morning. The house was really clean and had everything we could need for this short stay. Darlene was a great hostess and responded promptly with any questions and needs. The pictures on the listing do not do the house justice. The house itself is beautiful and comfortable for a group. It has just about everything you would need for a staycation. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'd need to cook for a group. In addition to all of this the view is amazing. What a wonderful view to sit out and drink coffee in the mornings. The views are unbelievable! Rooms are large and kitchen well-stocked with cookware and utensils. Had some issues with the hot tub which were dealt with promptly and professionally.
