“I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. “Got off to a rocky start when our room was not ready. We just went out to dinner, and then when we returned, our room was cleaned and ready to go. Our check-in was easy, we had filled out all the paperwork online. The room was great! We love the fact that they have taken out the carpet. We had a handicap room in the shower was excellent. It doesn’t have a lot of fluff in the room, but everything that was needed was there. We really enjoyed our stay.”
