"Was a good stay. This place has a motel feel. Staff was great, easy check in and out. Air conditioning made loud noises and would wake me up from time to time, but it worked just fine which is very important. Pool was a little small, But the Inside parking in the complex gives you a good piece of mind. The bed and pillows were comfortable but the TV in the room was tiny. Bathroom was pretty average but not bad. Overall, a good stay. A little pricey for what your given, but still not bad."

"Staff IS AMAZING! I enjoyed my stay at Omni from Check In to Check Out. I was pleasantly surprised to find they have a Black SUV car service to accommodate within 3 miles free of charge! The Waite staff is phenomenal as well. I never had to open my door to enter or exit. Do yourself a favor and opt in for the Lounge experience which includes daily Hot Breakfast and Happy Hour :) The Restaurant is pleasant enough but definitely needs updating and ambience i.e. Soft Music, Pleasant Staff, Upgraded Meals and Top Tier Bar Tenders... Maybe invest in true Mixologist or Supreme Bar Tenders that take pride in their work. Restaurant food and cocktails were subpar... We would have dined their more often if the restaurant service, staff, food and cocktails were better... But overall my total experience at Omni was FANTASTIC!!!"

"Would like a bidet added to restroom, as well as dedicated free parking to hotel guests, or atleast advanced option for additional pay for parking throughout stay. Overall, staff were very professional, pleasant, and helpful. Place was beautiful, rooms were spacious. Would stay again."

"Style over substance but that’s ok! I don’t usually book downtown when visiting LA, but had an event nearby. That said, because of how insanely loud it is around this hotel, be sure to pack earplugs. I was all the way on the 7th floor and it was jarring. The room itself was relatively clean and decorated well with a great bay window and warm lighting. That and the great water pressure in the shower were my favorite parts. I appreciated that the mini fridge worked. But the bed and the sheets were pretty bad. Super stiff and uncomfortable and very low to the floor. Overall it wasn’t a bad stay, but I value my sleep too much, so next time I’ll try another spot."
