“Fabulous staff and a great lobby with plenty of room. There are comfortable couches for lounging and chairs and tables for working. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. There is a coffee maker w/premium coffee and tea and complimentary water. I enjoyed happy hour at the bar one day when the weather was nice. Would definitely go back!”

“The room and the bathroom were clean the moment we walked in. The view from the 11th floor was everything. I will definitely stay here again. The only downside was the parking. $45/day for valet”

“We chose this hotel because we stayed there a year ago and had a really nice experience. The valet was so convenient and having a Starbucks in the lobby made grabbing the morning coffee a breeze and didn’t have to find another coffee shop downtown before meetings began. Now the hotel has new owners-valet and Starbucks gone but this was not stated anywhere while booking. The front desk was 24 hour service. But every time I was at the desk needing assistance, staff were in the office with the……
