“Sim, the receptionist was awesome!”

“The hotel and all other considerations a great, what does let the hotel down is the poor breakfast, having stayed a number of times I have consistently found this wanting. I come up for work from Devon once a month and aesthetic and atmosphere are everything to me whilst I am away from home on Business. A good start to my day is also a requirement and this prerequisite is a good edible breakfast. I'm not going to get into the detail, everyone knows what a good breakfast looks like, it doesn't……

“Stain on bed, noisy plumbing, the slowest toilet flush in history. But otherwise a pleasant stay.”

We told the reception lady when we arrived check in, she said it’s ok, no need to do the check in again and we could stay in the same room. The next day at ten mins before ten, a housekeeper locked on our door and told us to check out. We’re surprised and told her our case, she told us to check with the reception. Then the reception said we’ve to check out and come back by 4 to check in……
