"Clean, quiet place to stay. Well maintained. Convenient parking. My only suggestion is to offer a protein (other than beans) for breakfast. There is a nice assortment of breads, pastry and muffins."

"This seasonal motel and cottages was an good fit for my husband and I and our non-shedding cockapoo. The rooms were well-appointed and reasonably clean. The grounds had lots of nice grass to walk around on. There were dog bags and refuse bins scattered around so people could pick up after their pets. We stayed in a motel room on the second floor. The lighting was a bit low on the stairwell and the grounds at night. The internet worked well and we were happy to catch a football game on TV at night. Rooms closer to Rte 1 will hear noise from the traffic, but obviously it's very quiet at night. The inn is conveniently located near restaurants, but Rte 1 is pretty busy. The post Labor Day price was reasonable. We were very pleased with the stay."

"I highly recommend this property. Very spacious room complete with amenities. Beautiful deck for morning coffee and sunrise! Room was very clean and comfortable. And the grounds were very well taken care of! Free breakfast (hot and continental) in the lobby was a fun extra amenity!"

Ogunquit - The Milestone

"Bathroom needs an upgrade. Mold around the bathtub. No outlets next to the bed for electronic devices. Bedroom area was nice and clean. The fridge and freezer had ample space and appreciated. Location to the beach was nice."

"Room was clean enough and staff was accommodating. Breakfast was decent and pool was great but hot tub seemed a bit dirty. Only thing that made it not great was the price because it the stay was during the Seafood Festival :-( Price too high for accommodation 9/12/26 otherwise property was in line with other Hampton Inn properties."

"This hotel is top notch at every phase. The rooms are very clean and the thermostat is on the wall. The bed is very comfortable and the linen, blankets and comforter is quality. The bathroom is well stocked with proper items, towels, bathrobes and slippers. The shower and water pressure are awesome."
