Less than 7 minutes to historic downtown Blue Ridge, this cabin offers two decks, hot tub, game room, arcade games, fire pit, smart tv's, and more . Explore the mountains and rivers, or cozy up to the gas fireplace, the choice is yours! This is a creek front cabin with 3 bedroom, 3.5 baths, pool table, shuffle board table, hot tub, grill, fire pit, and more. This 3 level cabin with 2 decks gives your group plenty of room to spread out. Enjoy the serenity of being on a wooded hillside, while being minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. DUE TO THE NEW FANNIN COUNTY ORDINANCE: We can only accommodate 2 vehicles at our property. No on road parking is available at our cabin. LAYOUT OF THE CABIN: \* MAIN FLOOR: \* Primary Bedroom: King bed with Smart TV. Dedicated Bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub. This bathroom is not connected to the primary bedroom. \* Half Bathroom \* Living Room and Kitchen \* Screened/Covered Deck with gas grill. Gas is piped in, so no need to bring propane! \* TOP FLOOR: \* Twin over Twin bunk bed \* Twin daybed with twin pull out trundle \* Attached bathroom with shower \* Smart TV \* BOTTOM FLOOR: \* Game Room \* Smart TV \* Bathroom with Shower/Tub Combo \* King Bedroom (no TV) \* Walkout to firepit deck WE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING: \* Bath towels, wash clothes, all bed linens \* Hand Soap \* Dish Soap \* Starter Pack of: laundry pods, dish pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. \* Gas for the grill is piped in. No need to bring propane. HOT TUB: The hot tub is drained and cleaned after every guest. THE CREEK: Sugar Creek is perfect for creek stomping and sipping a beverage bankside. We cannot guarantee a successful fishing experience. The creek is not suitable for tubing/kayaking. THE FIREPLACE: The gas fireplace is non-operational April- September. FIREPIT: We do not supply firewood. Please plan to bring your own. CAMERA: There is one exterior camera that is mounted on the front corner of the cabin. It monitors the driveway and front entrance via motion activated video. While the sound recording setting is hardly ever on, the camera is capable of recording sound if we feel there is a need. BOOKING PROCESS: For questions, please submit an inquiry. To book, submit a booking request with the correct number of guests in your group including children and infants. The host will contact you with a few additional questions and clarifications. After your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with our rental agreement. This must be signed within 24 hours of booking. You can find a copy of the rental agreement to preview under the "House Rules" section. Guests must upload their ID to the profile section of the booking platform if this option is available. We do not allow Third Party Bookings (booking on behalf of someone else). The person booking must be present at the property with guests during the reservation. CHECK IN INFORMATION: Once we have your signed agreement, you will be all set! Then, two days prior to your arrival, you will receive an email with all of the information: address, door codes, wifi password, etc. No smoking, pets, or parties. Must be 25 to book. No additional guests on the property other than those registered at the time of booking. Cleaning Fee is $200.00 Refundable Deposit $300 which will be a hold placed on the account two weeks prior to arrival depending upon which booking platform was used to create the reservation. Cancellation Fee: $75 Covers the cost associated with credit card processing and transferring of funds. Cancellation: Please refer to the policy associated with the platform that was used to make your reservation. If booking directly on our website, 100% refund up to 30 days prior to reservation. The cabin had fantastic amenities such as arcade games, a jacuzzi, a pool table, and shuffleboard but it also had a TV in each room, making it a "stay-at-home" place, if we wanted. The cabin was spacious enough for two families of four, situated next to a creek, and distant from next-door neighbors. One issue we saw that, in this case, made it a pretty significant issue was that the dining room table was small and did not fit adults comfortably. We rented the cabin for Thanksgiving and it would've been great if we could all sit together at one table. To the owner's defense, the cabin wouldn't fit a large dining room table. We were able to manage and still had a fantastic trip. Another issue was the cabin was a bit dusty on the outside and a bit on the inside, as well. The time we came didn't allow to much fun in the creek, the methane had been bubbling up. Not an owner issue haha. Just a mother nature one. Everything was clean for the most part. I'm a duster, so I always see that first. Probably a me problem. I did pick up some trash that was clearly past guests, but it was in hard to see places for a cleaner, so not upset about that. We had a fantastic time. It was everything we need to stay occupied. Everything being so close, considering it's the mountains, was awesome. We went apple picking, bought moonshine, looked for mushrooms to cook, had fires every night, enjoyed the hot tub every half hour, went to the lake, saw a water fall, and made fairy circles with stones. Couldn't have asked for more. They communicated with us well, seemed really kind. The driveway isn't as bad as all the rest around. Our one wheel wonder did just fine getting there. We were even able to door dash to this location! Keep that in mind if you are up in the air on which cabin to stay in. This one is set up to keep you from needing any kind of crazy experience staying in a cabin to enjoy your visit. The raceway is close enough to hear the cars practice. Loved that! Not joking. But if you wouldn't like that, the raceway actually posts the schedule so you can avoid staying during an event. Although I'm pretty sure you'd hear it no matter where you were. All in all, for us and our interests. The cabin fit us perfectly with extra room. We had friends join the last night and we had plenty of room for them too. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and the basement. We love the shuffleboard table! Overall, we had a great time! My only downside would be the king size beds were not comfortable at all. Another would be the grounds have became a little overgrown. I'm sure it is due to all the rain, but with the overgrowth, we were afraid to let the kids swim due to snakes. Plenty of space, lots of quiet, and so many nice little touches. They enjoyed playing in the creek, the hot tub, and all of the games.
