"We had a great stay at The Kinzie! Our 1st trip to Chicago was a pleasant surprise. In town for a wedding at a different hotel. We arrived in town early, afternoon, headed to Navy Pier while waiting for check in. I called a bit early asking if we could park early so we could continue exploring. It was no problem. The staff could not have been nicer! We were able to park and check in a bit early. Our room, On 5th floor was wonderful. Our king bed so comfortable. Great walk in the morning before we left, find the River walk awesome. The staff always helpful attentive. They called taxi for us for our wedding event. no problem. Excellant one night stay! We want to come back to Chicago, and we would deffinitly stay at The Kinzie again! Thank you for making our 1st trip to Chicago a very pleasant experience! "
