Communication was excellent! Step stairs and 2 large hills from walk to T so be aware of that. Free on street parking. Very clean and worked out well for us

This is a great apartment - really comfortable beds, plenty of accommodation and very clean and tidy - plus plenty of crockery and good kitchen facilities. It’s just under a 10 minute walk to the T and then straight into the city in a short journey or you can walk for about 20 mins and reach the Museum of Fine Art, so a great location. Check in was easy and the staff were really responsive to questions.

Great option

One parent and three teenagers in town for college tours. The location was “20” minutes via uber which was great. Everyone had room to decompress at the end of the day. Showers were great and beds were super comfortable. We will strongly consider staying there again for our next visit.

Great space for a larger group

Friends and family headed to Boston for our annual baseball trip. The location was good, had access to public transit that some used, but most of us used Uber to get where we needed to go. Fenway 30USD for an 6 person XL. The accommodations were great, large comfortable beds, 3 full bathrooms which was really nice and a good central place to hang out as a group went needed. Very quick and helpful responses when needed. Would definitely recommend and definitely come back.

Boston VRBO Getaway

My family and I enjoyed our stay in the property. It was clean and in a nice neighborhood. There was some confusion in the address as there are Linwood Streets in both Boston and Roxbury. The address on the communications listed Boston but the VRBO is actually in Roxbury and this is important for UBER drivers to get you to the correct location. I shared this concern with the property owner and suggested they may want to make a note of that for future renters of the property.

This house in a very family friendly neighborhood in Boson was very accommodating for me, my 2 children, and their 2 friends. We drove up after a few days of skiing in the Poconos in PA as a part of our winter vacation. I had to buy a snow shovel and ice melt for that house in the Poconos, and brought extra ice melt to Boston just in case. But I didn't even need it. They had ice melt and a snow shovel there just in case. This house had absolutely EVERYTHING we needed aside from a Keurig for the Starbucks Espresso K cups we had with us.I was worried about the street parking before we got there, but never had an issue finding free street parking right out front or within less than a minute walk. I imagine that could be an issue when they have street cleaning in that neighborhood, but we didn't have to worry about that for the 3 days we were there.

Boston family getaway

Our family came to Boston from out of state for a four-night stay to celebrate the 4th of July weekend. The property was in a good location, but we had some difficulties while staying there. It was definitely not as clean as we had hoped it would be (including the bedding) and the power went out a few times while there. On a positive note, the management team was very responsive to our issues in a prompt manner and they also issued us a 300 refund for our troubles. So overall, the management team was great but the property needs some TLC to live up to the standards that the pictures represent.

The location of this property is awful, and not a safe location. The parking was not as expected and very difficult. The front door had broken glass on steps. The entry code was the same for the building front door as our unit door even though there was someone staying in the second unit, and therefore, the security was non-existent. The back patio was terrible as the crumbling cement walls enclosed the patio, with the 3 AC units that were loud, therefore, no family time on the patio as we could not talk with eachother without shouting. We didn't stay but one night (as it was too late to get an alternative spot). We were disappointed that the listing is deceiving and the both the property mgmt (Heirloom) and VRBO did not make things right by us, and this was not the location nor the outside security that I expected. Terrible and may never rent from VRBO again and definitely not from Heirloom, as they would not accept that this was deceiving.
