Step inside this spacious, lodge-style retreat and experience a home that’s as welcoming as it is luxurious. The living room invites you in with two cozy couches and a pair of plush armchairs gathered around a warm fireplace and a mounted TV—perfect for movie nights or curling up with a good book. Downstairs, the game room transforms into your personal entertainment haven. Challenge friends to an air hockey duel, dive into retro fun with two arcade games (including an Infinity tabletop), or kick back in one of the home-theater-style leather recliners to catch the big game. With a wet bar featuring a Keurig/drip coffee combo, a sink, and a full-size fridge, everything you need is right at your fingertips.  
  
Upstairs, the gourmet kitchen awaits—a culinary haven where rich dark cabinetry contrasts beautifully with sleek white stone countertops and premium stainless steel appliances, including two ovens to make meal prep a breeze for groups of any size. • Access to this home is available on the first floor, with 7 steps required.  
  
• Parking available for 3 vehicles at the front of the property. Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.   
  
• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.  
  
• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.  
  
• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.  
  
Less than 10 minutes from Table Rock Lake, you’re within easy distance to world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and a generally inviting family atmosphere. You’ll also be within 15 minutes of many outstanding hiking options, including the 362 acres of trails, scenic landscapes, and rolling green glades of the White River Balds Natural Preserve.  
  
This enviable location also puts you within 25 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.

Loved our stay. Very comfortable and homey. Nice location and quiet. The Christmas decorations made it feel like home. The heat didn’t work and we text the host and the HVAC guy was there within 2 hours and had it fixed. Would highly recommend this property
