"The kitchen was fully equipped with all sorts of supplies, included a coffee pot which they have one on all three levels of the house. Very cozy, especially around the holidays! We were there a few weeks before Christmas, and it was very nicely decorated! The rooms were cozy and well supplied with extra pillows and blankets. It was pretty chilly while we were there so we didn't do much outside, but would love to come back in the warmer months to enjoy the amenities offered outside. Highly recommend staying here!"

"We had to visit little falls for a sporting event for my children. This home was the perfect place for us! With 4 of us and two being teenage boys a hotel room is far too cramped. This home was the perfect stay for us! The driveway was perfectly clear of snow. The entrance to the home was easy and just as explained. Waiting for us in the front entry was a welcome letter and a tin of popcorn, a very nice touch. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very cozy. The bathroom was a nice size and very clean and welcoming. The kitchen had every tool we needed to make our breakfast and fuel my teenagers for their sporting event! Thank you for opening up your home to us. It was perfect and we will search for it when we are here again next year. "

"The property is very charming and inviting. It obviously is well cared for and suitable as a place to get away from day to day living. The neighborhood is comprised of many well cared for properties. We are anticipating a return visit!"

"This was a lovely property that met all our needs and then some. We had our family there for three nights- ages ranging from 4 to 71. There was plenty to do for everyone. We will try to come back next Fall."
