I loved having an apartment for the week Instead of a small hotel room or a much larger house to take care of… It was vacation time for fun!! "This location is exactly as it is described. The sunset views from the balcony are breathtaking and it really is only a 5-10 minute walk across the street to the ocean-side. Close to restaurants and shopping, it’s probably one of the best spots in Avon. Close to your checkin date, you’ll receive a very helpful and detailed document about the property and the area. It really left no questions at all. Highly recommend!"

"We loved the closeness to the ferry to Ocracoke. We were just here for a couple nights and it was super easy to hop on the ferry for a day of exploring, and then use the drive to and from Hatteras to explore that island. Super clean and had everything we needed. Quiet and nice walks around for wandering."

Property owners alerted us to some possible flooding since we were there during tropical storm Ophelia, which did happen but was not a problem as we followed their directions for where to park. Quiet area great for families. I would not hesitate to book again or recommend. As others have stated there are numerous stairs to reach the unit which wasn't a problem for us but should be noted. However, this is common for a beachfront property."
