“Overall I initially had a pretty good impression of the hotel and enjoyed the stay at first. However, around 1 AM, I found a cockroach in the kitchen eating my snacks, and then found more cockroaches near the bedroom door, in the bathroom, by the kitchen sink, and in the closet. Unfortunately this made me very uncomfortable and concerned about the cleanliness of the room. “The room were super clean. The bed was so comfortable and the were plenty of pillows for us to use. The AC were usable and easy to use as there's a remote for it. Do be aware that it is set in Celsius (not that I'm complaining. It was helpful to me). Bathroom was super clean. “There was some type of issue where I didn’t receive my check in instructions and I had to spend an hour or so trying to find out this information. Everyone at Expedia and VRBO was helpful and once the host was involved, she was as well. I typically receive check-in instructions the day prior or morning of check in by email or text. This was not the case here and unsure why it didn’t happen. Even after I spoke to host, VRBO said the instructions were in my inbox but I could not see them, only……

“Nice easy spot to stay if you need quick access to Tampa airport, was only 12 minutes to take back the rental car. Took us a minute to find it because it was dark already, but the unit was very clean, and the manager was responsive and super nice. Good value if you need a small spot with kitchenette and great shower. ”
