Staff, food, facilities, and entertainment is all amazing. Be prepared to see, and participate in if you want, in adult activities outside the designated areas. Couples can use the entire facility as a play room at all times of the day… there is no enforcement of “only in the hot tub”.

Staff was exceptional as always. Resort is clean and well maintained. Has lost some of the intimate feel since expansion. Coupled with not being very busy left many of the bars and restaurants closed or rotating from day to day. This led to a lack of choices or having to go across the resort for a drink.

We had a great time at DRM for 5 beautiful days! I had been there many times years before it had been renovated and the upgrades did not disappoint. (I started going in 2005 & it was great to see Carlos still at the bar after 22 years!!) Staff were helpful and fun. Shows were better than expected with the dancers/acrobats, costumes, props etc. Loved the big pool and daytime activities and the huge hot tub. Our only warning would be to wash your swimsuit out in clean water after being in the pool or hot tub. With all the bodies drenched in suntan products and the pool chemicals our swimsuits were slightly discolored (not bleached) and I had a difficult time removing spots and discoloration when we returned home. All that being said, we will definitely be returning soon!

Staff was extremely professional and always eager to help with any accommodations. The food, drinks, shows, clubs and pools are amazing. The older side of the resort could use some updating in comparison to the newer side rooms. And I only wish they would have more shade for us in the pool. Overall this was a great resort. We will definitely come back.
