"Air conditioning was not great. The room was a little dusty and I didn´t like it. There were no ameneties which is fine but that was poor. Also, hot water wasn´t enough. I was only there for 1 night but I won´t come back. "

"Breakfast started at 6:30 and unfortunately for me my flight was at 6:45. Airport shuttle was amazing and accommodated an influx amount of people at 5am. Super clean and room was perfect for my friends and I."

"I arrived and was 1st greeted by Concierge Sebastian who checked me in and made me feel so welcome with such excellent customer service and ability to handle guests like no other I've seen. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge of his systems, programs and ammenties with ability to complete tasks so efficiently that left me amazed. He is a great leader and deserves a raise like the others as well. Bradley also made sure I felt at home and made Costa Rica that much more beautiful. Followed by Andre and Mileidy. One night Andre stayed late with me trying to help find locations around the hotel that were open. I really appreciated that as well. Overall I would highly recommend Hilton Garden Inn Santa Ana for all these reasons. Thank you to the Staff top to bottom who were all stars and their professionalism is unmatched in this hotel industry as I am frequent traveller.
