“My husband and I stayed here for his 40th birthday. The hotel is an absolutely stunning boutique that reminds me of a Marrakesh retreat with the decor. The staff were extremely attentive, helpful and friendly. Being located within the Cap Cana resort gave security and allowed us to explore the neighbouring pools and restaurants. Our room was a little disappointing considering the 5* ratings - very shabby chic and could use an upgrade and more attention to fixtures. The carpet and mirror was……

“The resort was beautiful and the staff was great. We paid extra for a swim-out room but couldn’t use it because the person next to our room was constantly smoking. We advised the staff and security numerous times but they did nothing. Wasted thousands of dollars and they would not do anything about it.”

“Im generally not big fan of all inclusive properties though this only my 4th time at one.. Generally I found the food amd drinks to have been average at the other properties I stayed at. Plus getting reservations can be challenging. Not so at the Hyatt Zilara in Cap Cana. No reservations are ever required and never more than a 5 minute wait to get a table. The variety of options on where to eat was impressive well as the quality of preparation. The bartenders I encountered were true mixologist……
