“We really enjoyed the location which was one block from the streetcar stop. We could go one direction to the French Quarter and the other to the Garden District. The space is great for a family. Unfortunately, the beds are quite uncomfortable and the furnishings aren't adequate for the number of people it can accommodate. For example, it sleeps 6 but only 4 can sit in the living room.”

“Great location for Mardi Gras. Easy check in/out process. Beds comfortable and lots of space. Not well appointed with supplies but more like bare minimum. ”

“Nice and clean! Very pretty. Accurate to photos. Would give a perfect 5 star expect for the extremely uncomfortable king bed. We had several issues that started with a bizarre check-in policy. You will be required to give more information to property management before they actually confirm reservation. VRBO confirmed, but then I get a text a day after I made VRBO reservations to send my drivers license front and back to another company other than VRBO. I have never had anyone ask that on VRBO,……

“Location was perfect and the condo was exactly as described”

“Been to New Orleans many times but this was the first time we did a vrbo.Great quiet area in what I like to call the lawyer district. Close enough to the action but also just far away enough to get good sleep. As far as the vrbo it was spacious with great views and comfortable.Beds were great and living room with the couch was a great place to relax and reflect on all the great things we did throughout the day. Didn't do much cooking but the kitchen seemed to be stocked if you wanted to cook.……

“The house itself was quite nice. Very high ceilings which made it seem open and roomy. I was disappointed that the furniture on the balcony was missing and there were just cushions left on the ground. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy, but we didn't have any problems. Very short walk to the streetcar. The kitchen could use a few more things, like mixing/serving bowls.Overall, we liked the house. ”
