“This property is very conveniently located. You can walk to many bars and restaurants. If you drive you will likely have to pay for parking. I was a little nervous because the smoke detector was torn out in my bedroom but the one in the other bedroom was intact. Also be aware that there is a patio but there is no lawn.”

“Great location close to UT Austin and downtown, with no need to get on the interstate, plus easy access to northeast Austin. Stylishly designed, adequately stocked and good communication with hosts. Property was quiet and walkable to local eateries. Parking is tight but ok, there are stairs so pack light. If there is a game at the adjacent stadium, be prepared for traffic and congested street parking. Great stay. Will stay again. ”

“Missed out on a couple basic needs, nice place, easy access, would have been nice to have dish soap and a sponge, maybe even some dishwasher detergent, if you want to run a load, same with the laundry, not 1 single use pod for a load of laundry. 2 of us stayed at the condo, only 6 clothes hangers. Not trying to be picky, wasn’t willing to go shopping for a few basic items.”

“Location was great but listing inaccurate as far as comfortably sleeping six. we were fine because we had two children, but Max three adults. also you need to bring pool towels if you’re driving it’s great because you can bring your own paper Products, can opener, pool towels, but flying is more complicated. And being a new building, The units are getting rundown quickly - water damage in the bathroom, Baseboards dirty and splashes of water or drinks on the wall. There was also no ht water in……
