We were hoping to get seats together or across the isle from each other and we’re told to keep coming back to the counter so after the 3 or 4th time of them saying we are working on it we gave up. Your staff on American Airlines has very little respect for their customers. Its not like we all don’t don’t pay premium price! Oh and our flight was delayed 3 hours in Phoenix. So they gave everyone sandwiches that were made sometime in the morning (stale) and water.
